Achievement Behavior Services is seeking ABA Behavior Technicians/Therapists to provide direct, one-on-one ABA services in the client’s home under BCBA supervision. This role supports a single student, in a structured home environment, with data collection and progress monitoring according to a personalized Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP).

The position offers part-time, after-school hours with weekend potential, mentorship, and opportunities to pursue the Registered Behavior Technician

Formación

• Experience providing one-on-one ABA services in home settings.
• RBT certification and related trainings required.
• Strong communication and reliability in high-stress environments.
• Experience with autism and development issues preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one ABA services in home settings.
• Collect data and track progress per BIP.
• Collaborate with BCBA supervision on interventions.
• Maintain accurate progress notes.
