Achievement-Behavior-Services is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to support one child in the family home. You will provide 1:1 ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing the individualized BIP and collecting daily data on communication, focus, and behavior.

This is a part-time, home-based role with flexible after-school hours and potential weekend slots in NY 11580. Training and mentorship are provided, with opportunities to pursue RBT certification and professional growth

Competenze

• Relevant fields include ABA, Psychology, Special Education, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, Human Services.
• RBT certification and NY state requirements are expected.
• CPR, AED, and First Aid training are preferred or required.

Mansioni

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in the child’s home under BCBA supervision.
• Collect daily data and track progress per the Individualized Treatment Plan.
• Collaborate with BCBA and supervise clinical team.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation to support goals.
