Job summary

Achievement Behavior Services is seeking ABA Behavior Technicians/Therapists to provide one-on-one ABA services in the child’s home, under BCBA supervision. You will collect data on goals and progress, following a tailored BIP to enhance communication, focus, and behavior regulation.

The role offers mentorship, opportunities for RBT credentialing, flexible after-school hours, and collaboration with our ABA professionals network to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• Relevant Fields of Study: Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, Human Services
• Certified credentials: RBT, Crisis Intervention Training, Harassment and Mandated Reporter Training, CPR/AED/First Aid

Responsibilities

• Work directly, one-on-one with the child in the home environment
• Be supported by a BCBA supervisor and follow the individualized BIP
• Collect data daily on communication, focus, and behavior goals
• Use data to adjust and create personalized interventions and goals month-to-month
