Achievement Behavior Servies offers part-time, after-school and weekend ABA support in a home setting for children with ASD. You work 1:1 with a student, under a BCBA, delivering ABA approaches and documenting progress.

Qualifications

• Experience working with pre-school and elementary-aged children
• Active RBT certification preferred
• Strong stakeholder communication skills required
• Adaptability and decisiveness under high-stress situations
• Professional reliability: punctuality and responsiveness
• Evidence of documenting progress notes and data points per treatment plans

Responsibilities

• Engage in rapport building and creative solutions to help a student communicate
• Measure, assess, and document skill gains per the BIP
• 1:1 ABA sessions in home using DTT, prompting, modeling, reinforcement
• Maintain thorough session notes and data for billing
• Collaborate with BCBA supervisor and clinical direction
• Communicate respectfully with clients, caregivers, supervisors, and coworkers
