Job summary

Intercept Health is seeking an ABA Child Behavior Specialist to support and implement individualized plans for clients during a part-time, center-based program in Virginia. You will observe client skills, collect data, and contribute to language, behavioral, social, and daily living skill development under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Requirements include at least a high school diploma, an RBT credential (or completion within 6 months of hire), and afternoon

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Current RBT credential or completion within 6 months of hire (IH provides training).
• Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science preferred; ABA experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and implement individualized plans based on client targets and goals.
• Observe client skills and collect data for assessing progress and developing program goals.
• Work with children, adolescents, and young adults with autism or other developmental disabilities in a center-based program to promote language, behavioral, social, and daily living skills.
