Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavior Interventionist in Van Nuys, CA. This part-time, on-site role supports children and teens with developmental disabilities through ABA-based plans, under BCBA supervision. The position offers paid training, mileage reimbursement, and a path to full-time hours.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday from 2:00pm to 8:00pm, with opportunities to expand hours based on center needs. Competitive hourly pay ranges with weekend premiums may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A genuine passion for helping children and teens grow.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 Client Support – Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement ABA Treatment Plans – Follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life.
• Provide Consistent Therapy – Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress.
• Track Progress – Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.
• Foster Learning and Growth – Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential.
• Collaborate as a Team – Work closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
• Maintain Professional Standards – Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support the families you serve.
