Job summary

California Behavioral Treatment Center in Los Angeles County is seeking a part-time Behavior Interventionist to deliver 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents across home, school, and community settings.

You will implement individualized intervention plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with a clinical team to support treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma – REQUIRED.
• Bachelor’s in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, Sociology or related field (preferred but not required).
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass the TB test.
• Must pass criminal background check & fingerprint clearance.
• Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments.
• Assist in developing treatment programs for children with ASD.
