Job summary

360 Behavioral Health in Murrieta, CA is hiring a Part-time Behavior Interventionist to support children and teens with developmental disabilities. You will implement ABA plans, collect data, and work 15–20 hours weekly, with potential path to full-time based on needs.

You’ll start with paid training, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for growth within structured career pathways. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience or interest in providing supportive services to children/teens with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Ability to follow ABA treatment plans under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 client support to children and teens with Autism and developmental disabilities.
• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week.
• Track progress by collecting and recording data.
• Collaborate with supervisors, families, and team to achieve outcomes.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and company policies.
