Job summary

360 Behavioral Health in Inglewood, CA seeks a Behavior Interventionist to support children and teens with developmental disabilities. The role offers part-time evening hours (Mon-Fri 3:30pm–7:30pm) with potential to grow to full-time; pay range $20.00–$23.00 per hour, plus weekend and holiday incentives and mileage/phone reimbursements.

You will implement ABA treatment plans under supervision, provide 1:1 client support, track progress, and collaborate with families and supervisors to achieve

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A genuine passion for helping children and teens grow.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 Client Support – Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, and more).
• Implement ABA Treatment Plans – Follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life.
• Provide Consistent Therapy – Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress.
• Track Progress – Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.
• Foster Learning and Growth – Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential.
• Collaborate as a Team – Work closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
• Maintain Professional Standards – Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support the families you serve.
