360 Behavioral Health is hiring a Behavior Interventionist in Van Nuys, CA. The role supports children and teens with developmental disabilities through ABA-aligned 1:1 therapy and structured activities.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 Client Support – Work with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement ABA Treatment Plans – Follow individualized plans under supervision to teach skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Provide Consistent Therapy – Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week.
• Track Progress – Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.
• Foster Learning and Growth – Use structured activities to help clients reach their potential.
• Collaborate as a Team – Work with supervisors, families, and colleagues for best outcomes.
• Maintain Professional Standards – Follow HIPAA and company policies.
