Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavior Interventionist in Van Nuys, CA. This part-time role requires a BA/BS and offers meaningful work supporting children and teens with developmental disabilities, under BCBA supervision.

You will provide 1:1 client support, implement ABA treatment plans, and track progress, with weekend incentives and mileage reimbursement. Training is provided to set you up for success.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required and high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience supporting children/teens with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work a part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 client support for children and teens with autism and related disabilities.
• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills.
• Provide consistent therapy with a minimum of 15 weekly hours.
• Track progress by collecting and recording data for next steps.
• Collaborate with supervisors, families, and staff to achieve outcomes.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and company policies.
