Job summary

Langan Financial Group, LLC is seeking a part-time 401(k) Administrator to support our growing retirement plan business. This role is approximately 20 hours per week with flexible days and hours, coordinated with the team to meet client deadlines and service needs.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, eager to learn, and committed to delivering excellent client service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least three years of relevant experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Familiarity with Morningstar and RPAG preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule client meetings.
• Prepare fiduciary reviews.
• Conduct fee benchmarking and investment due diligence.
• Update plan assets and prepare reports.
• Process enrollment applications.
• Monitor and follow up on customer service requests.
• Maintain client records in the CRM system.
