Langan Financial Group, LLC is seeking a part-time Retirement Plan Specialist to support our growing retirement plan business. This position is approximately 20 hours per week.

You may choose the days and hours you work, coordinating with the team to support client meetings, deadlines, and service needs. We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, eager to learn, and committed to excellent client service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Familiarity with Morningstar and RPAG preferred.
• Part-time availability about 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Schedule client meetings.
• Prepare fiduciary reviews.
• Conduct fee benchmarking and investment due diligence.
• Update plan assets and prepare reports.
• Process enrollment applications.
• Monitor and follow up on customer service requests.
• Maintain client records in the CRM system.
