Langan Financial Group, LLC is seeking a part-time 401(k) Administrator to support our growing retirement plan business. This role is approximately 20 hours per week, with flexible days to coordinate client meetings, deadlines and service needs.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and committed to excellent client service in a fast-paced environment. Experience with retirement plans and familiarity with Morningstar and RPAG preferred.

Formación

• At least three years of relevant experience preferred
• Familiarity with Morningstar and RPAG preferred

Responsabilidades

• Prepare fiduciary reviews
• Conduct fee benchmarking and investment due diligence
• Update plan assets and prepare reports
• Process enrollment applications
• Monitor and follow up on customer service requests
• Maintain client records in the CRM system
