Job summary

Owens Realty Services is seeking a part-time Custodian to handle cleaning of offices, lobbies, bathrooms and common areas in our Florida facility. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and professionalism while maintaining sanitary conditions across ~4,500–5,000 sq ft per hour as needed.

The position offers a 2nd shift schedule (Mon-Sat 7PM–9PM) with a pay rate of $15.00/hr and benefits under the 401(K) program. Flexibility and reliability are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be available for part-time, 12 hours per week.
• Schedule: Monday - Saturday 7PM - 9PM.

Responsibilities

• Performs all assigned tasks in a professional manner to reflect the highest integrity of the Company.
• Cleans administrative offices, lobbies, breakrooms, lounges, corridors, bathrooms, elevators and stairways to a sanitary standard.
• Cleans and sanitizes restrooms and stocks supplies such as toilet paper and soap.
• Cleans furniture, fixtures, windows, doors, trim, and proper furnishings; moves items only when directed.
• Safely empties trash and disposes of waste in proper area.
• Locks/unlocks doors and turns off lights when rooms are unoccupied.
• Follows all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
