Job summary

Owens Realty Services in Tampa, FL seeks a part-time General Cleaner to perform custodial duties across the facility, including offices, lobbies, restrooms and hallways. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5 PM to 9 PM, for 20 hours per week, with a pay rate of $15.00 per hour.

High School Diploma or GED preferred; six months related experience preferred. Must understand English, follow safety procedures, and be a reliable team player committed to professional service and building tenant

Responsibilities

• Performs custodial duties including cleaning offices, lobbies, bathrooms and common areas.
• Cleans and restocks supplies, disposes of trash, and maintains a sanitary environment.
• Follows safety guidelines, reports hazards, and ensures equipment is stored properly.
• Maintains cleanliness to meet industry standards within a 4,500–5,000 sq ft area per hour where applicable.
