Responsibilities

• Monitor student progress throughout the year using Chapter One's tools and assessments.
• Deliver personalized 1:1 instruction based on Chapter One's structured model.
• Document each tutoring session using Chapter One's platform.
• Assign new practice activities during each session.
• Collaborate with managers, classroom instructors, literacy coaches, and administrators.
• Provide basic technology support for handheld devices used for independent practice.
