Job summary

CAE Inc. is seeking a Regulatory Administrator to lead Part 135 compliance audits and manage regulatory documentation for a large portfolio of certificate holders in the United States. You will review OpSpecs, SOPs, and training materials, and support onboarding processes for new operators.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of aviation operations and FAA regulatory requirements.
• Ability to review, audit, and manage regulatory documentation with accuracy.
• Experience using computerized recordkeeping systems, databases, and reporting tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organized records.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external operators.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Part 135 compliance audits, including reviews of OpSpecs, training programs, SOPs, and related regulatory documentation.
• Maintain and upload manuals and documentation for 80+ certificate holders.
• Support onboarding of new Part 135 operators, including collection and review of required manuals.
• Generate reservation and training reports and monitor training dashboards.
• Audit incoming documentation to verify accuracy, completeness, and FAA compliance.
• Investigate and resolve document discrepancies and conflict reports.
• Develop and monitor systems tracking instructor, check airman, and Training Center Evaluator qualifications and records.
• Assist with 24-month audits of Part 135 operators.
• Notify operators of changes and support training managers with replacements.
• Identify issues requiring follow-up and corrective action.
• Cross-train on regulatory compliance functions to support operations.
