CAE Inc. is seeking a Manager, Regulatory Compliance Support Services to lead global regulatory compliance programs for aviation training operations.

This leadership role oversees SEVP, TSA FTSP, and IACRA functions and ensures compliance with DHS, TSA, FAA, and other national authorities across CAE's worldwide network. The role also leads regulatory compliance for FAA Part 141 and Part 142 certificates, manages investigations into non-compliance, and guides corrective actions, training, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; aviation or regulatory experience preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of aviation regulatory compliance experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the global regulatory compliance programs supporting aviation training operations.
• Oversee SEVP, TSA FTSP, and IACRA regulatory activities and ensure compliance with DHS, TSA, FAA and other authorities.
• Coordinate investigations into potential compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and monitor mitigation plans; ensure consistent application of policies across CAE's network.
• Serve as regulatory resource for Flight Operations, Sales, Training and Courseware.
• Oversee documentation for international M-1 visa students from enrollment to training completion.
• Lead examinations and certification activities and support audits of training programs and manuals.
