Job summary

CAE is seeking a Manager, Regulatory Compliance Support Services to lead global programs that support aviation training operations worldwide. You will oversee SEVP, TSA FTSP, IACRA, and FAA Part 141/142 compliance, collaborating with Flight Operations, Sales, and Training to safeguard CAE’s regulatory standing.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to manage audits, investigations, and corrective actions in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of aviation regulatory compliance experience.
• Leadership experience with oversight of teams.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulatory frameworks and compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global team for SEVP, TSA FTSP, and IACRA compliance.
• Oversee SEVIS and DH S compliance requirements.
• Manage investigations and corrective actions for regulatory issues.
• Lead FAA Part 141/142 compliance efforts and audits.
