Job summary

The Division of Adult Parole exists to manage and supervise inmates/parolees on a 24/7 basis to provide public safety and opportunities for successful re-entry into the community. This position delivers comprehensive pre-release re-entry services to offenders transitioning from incarceration to society, coordinating resources to support safer reintegration.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience working directly with a hard to serve high needs client population in a correctional or human services environment providing case management including case planning, assessment of risks and needs, coordination of community services and monitoring compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct meetings with inmates within six months of release to identify criminogenic needs and plan transitional release strategies.
• Develop and coordinate transitional release plans with inmates and community resources.
• Monitor and document inmate progress, modify plans as status changes, and ensure effective release planning with stakeholders.
