Job summary

The Parkway Visitor Experience Shift Lead at the Parkway Visitor Center is a frontline leadership role for The Philadelphia Art Museum area, supervising 1-2 part-time associates and ensuring a welcoming, informative visitor experience. You will greet guests, answer questions, and support ticket sales in a fast-paced retail-hospitality environment.

Schedule is 3-4 days per week with 8-hour shifts (9am-5pm or 10am-6pm) and at least one weekend day required; compensation is $18-$19 per hour, open

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or hospitality experience.
• College degree or working towards a college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift supervision for 1-2 part-time Visitor Experience Associates.
• Greet visitors and provide outstanding customer service.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked in-store displays and assist with inventory.
• Sell tickets to Philadelphia Museum of Art and other attractions; provide directions and recommendations.
• Handle opening/closing of cash registers and ticket inventory.
• Answer questions via email, telephone, and in person.
