Job summary

Town of Windsor (CO) is seeking a part-time Guest Service/CTE role to support the CRC-Expansion Division. You will greet members, check-in guests, manage reservations for parties and equipment, process payments, and ensure facilities meet guest needs.

This role emphasizes excellent customer service and adherence to PRIDE policies. Responsibilities include front desk operations, safety checks, and interacting with staff to coordinate programs and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service setting preferred.
• Some prior POS or cash handling experience preferred.
• Experience with MS Word and Excel is preferred.
• Colorado Driver’s License or ability to obtain one upon hire; CPR/First Aid within 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Guest relations and guest satisfaction; respond to inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and the public.
• Handle cash transactions and deposits with accuracy and integrity.
• Use recreation software and computer programs to process transactions and generate reports.
• Set up and maintain facility spaces and equipment for programs and events.
• Observe facility safety and conduct routine checks; report issues.
• Adhere to town policies and PRIDE and equal opportunity guidelines.
