Formación

• Education and experience requirements include high school diploma/GED and an associate degree in facilities management, parks, recreation, construction, horticulture, public administration, business or related field, or 8+ years in related work.
• Licenses, certifications and background check requirements are noted.
• Knowledge, skills and abilities include maintenance, safety, reading blueprints, and effective communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead maintenance and operations for parks, facilities, grounds and equipment.
• Supervise maintenance crews; coordinate budgets and improvements.
• Plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance projects and contract services.
• Develop staff goals, training and risk management programs.
• Ensure safety, compliance and proper use/maintenance of equipment.
