Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs light to heavy labor tasks including shoveling, snow removal, and cleaning.
• Maintains grass, flower beds, and clean restrooms; inventories areas.
• Operates power equipment and hand tools; performs minor repairs.
• Cleans and paints facilities; assists with event setup and cleanup.
• Monitors safety and enforces rules; responds to inquiries from the public.
• Keeps supervisor informed of progress and issues; attends meetings.
