Job summary

Oak View Group in Evanston is seeking a Director of Parking to lead the parking and transportation operation across the venue. You will develop strategic plans, oversee staffing, budgeting, and guest experience to deliver exceptional service while driving financial returns.

The role reports to the Senior Director of Parking Operations and offers a salary of $90,000–$110,000 with bonus eligibility, plus benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5-7+ years of progressive parking/transportation experience in high-volume venues.
• Ability to work extended hours including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the parking and transportation department, including staffing plans, guest experience, budgeting, and coordination of all parking facilities.
• Direct and oversee operations for internal and external stakeholders (events, employees, tenants, visitors, vendors, contractors).
• Design and implement short- and long-term plans to optimize operations, guest experience, and revenues.
