Oak View Group is seeking a Manager of Parking & Mobility in Corpus Christi to oversee daily parking and transportation for events at the Hilliard Center. The role reports to the Director of Parking & Mobility and offers a salary range of $70,000–$75,000 per year.

The position requires managing a team of part-time supervisors, maintaining parking systems, and collaborating with BI and transportation partners to maximize efficiency and revenue while pursuing sustainability goals.

Qualificações

• 3-5+ years of experience in parking/transportation management, with event management preferred.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of parking revenue management systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be comfortable working with the public and have strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Valid driver license required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure operational excellence and high-quality service by developing and implementing efficient procedures with emphasis on continual improvement.
• Hire, develop, train, and support a team of part-time parking supervisors and ambassadors.
• Ensure all parking systems are operational.
• Inspect all parking systems/devices to ensure they are operational.
• Assist the Director with creating new parking products and additional revenue streams and reducing costs of the parking and transportation operation.
• Assist the Director with working towards sustainability goals, including revenue, the PARCS system, and operational audits.
• Work on strategic planning, traffic management planning, and budgeting.
• Review/analyze guest surveys and other performance measures to maximize operational performance.
• Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to analyze mode of transport data, parking data, etc.
• Manage rideshare operation, coordination, and relationships with partners.
• Work with transportation technology GPS wayfinding partners (Google, Waze, Apple Maps).

Position Summary

Reporting to the Director of Parking & Mobility, the Manager, Parking & Mobility position will manage day-to-day event parking and transportation at the Hilliard Center. This role pays a yearly salary of $70,000 - $75,000.

This position will remain open until December 31, 2026.
