Oak View Group is seeking a Parking Events Manager to coordinate and supervise parking operations and traffic control for events. You will oversee office support, budgets, and related activities, while ensuring smooth guest experience and compliance with department rules.

The role requires 3–5 years in parking management and strong interpersonal skills, with a flexible schedule. Salary is $50,000 annually; benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of parking/transportation management experience; event management preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable with public interactions.

Responsabilités

• Oversee parking activities, office support, budgeting, and record keeping.
• Handle complaints with the public, staff, or traffic police on parking issues.
• Coordinate with vendors for events and directs traffic with signage.
• Develop and implement event-specific parking and traffic plans to ensure safe vehicle and pedestrian movement.
• Schedule and evaluate parking staff and monitor operations during events to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
