Job summary

Oak View Group (OVG) is seeking an Event Parking Manager to oversee parking operations for high-profile events, ensuring smooth planning, staffing, and on-site execution. The role involves coordinating with clients and internal departments, and traveling to multiple event locations as needed.

Reporting to the Director of Parking & Mobility, you will lead part-time staff, develop department policies, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a parking supervisory or management role.
• Experience coordinating parking operations for large events (festivals, golf events, fairs, concerts).
• Clear, concise communication with clients, staff, vendors and internal teams.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to event locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of assigned events from planning to execution and settlement.
• Coordinate parking operations for one-time and non-traditional events.
• Advance events by coordinating requirements, staffing, logistics and client communications.
• Create event-related documentation and staffing plans; manage on-site execution.
