Job summary

SP+ is hiring a Mobility Specialist Driver in Nashville to welcome guests, educate them on Metropolis parking technology, and assist with enrollment. You will help ensure a smooth, courteous customer experience across our parking locations.

Responsibilities include patrolling lots, issuing violations, documenting incidents, and assisting with maintenance while upholding safety standards. A valid driver s license and comfort using mobile devices are required; weekend/evening shifts may be

Qualifications

• Valid state driver9s license
• Ability to safely drive a manual transmission is a plus
• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
• Parking industry experience preferred, but not required
• Strong customer service orientation and willingness to go above and beyond
• Comfortable using mobile devices
• Ability to communicate in spoken English with customers and team members
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable, adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in parking lots and garages with professional, friendly service
• Educate customers on Metropolis parking technology and assist with enrollment
• Promote positive customer relationships by delivering excellent service
• Respond to customer questions and concerns confidently and courteously
• Patrol assigned parking lots and garages to identify unpaid or unauthorized vehicles
• Issue parking violations per company policies
• Document violations with mobile devices and photos
• Maintain cleanliness of parking areas and common spaces
• Identify/report debris, hazards, or maintenance issues
• Sweep floors, collect trash, and empty receptacles as needed
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks (cleaning, oil changes, etc.)
• Work independently and as part of a team; follow safety protocols
