LAZ Parking is seeking an Assistant Director of Parking Services in Atlanta to lead as many as 200 management, supervisory, maintenance, valet, and attendant employees across The Battery Atlanta operations. You will partner with the Director to ensure safe, efficient service and top‑tier guest experiences during events and daily operations.

The Spirit of the Position

Our Assistant Director of Parking Services must be a highly motivated self-starter, capable of leading as many as 200 management, supervisory, maintenance, valet, and attendant employees at any time throughout the year. The Assistant Director of Parking Services supports the Director of Parking Services with a complete oversight of the daily operations of the department, provides leadership, and direction for the hourly associates in the most efficient and effective manner possible, while maintaining the company's expected high-quality standards. They will address customer service needs, perform safety inspections, and train employees to service the parking and shuttle needs for The Battery Atlanta and The Atlanta Braves.
