You’ll apply strong leadership, organizational, and financial skills to drive operational excellence, ensure safety, and deliver superior guest experiences while upholding Ace Parking’s culture and values that emphasize respect and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of parking or transportation management experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Physical ability to lift heavy items (50 lbs).
• Financial acumen is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and staff to meet procedures and standards.
• Plan personnel utilization, training oversight, and performance reviews.
• Develop and implement procedures to optimize efficiency and service.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and reporting of collections.
• Maintain parking facilities and equipment, including safety protocols.
• Recruit, hire, train, and schedule staff; coach performance.
• Promote professionalism, accountability, and exceptional service.
• Ensure a safe environment for employees and guests; manage traffic.
• Coordinate with property management for a seamless guest experience.
