Job summary

Ace Parking Management is seeking an experienced operations manager to lead a team of parking attendants and valets, ensuring service excellence and strict adherence to company standards across sites. You will guide daily operations, optimize staffing, and uphold safety and guest experience at all times.

In this role you will drive accountability and profitability by monitoring revenue, expenses, and labor costs, while training staff, resolving guest concerns, coordinating with property

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of parking or transportation management experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Physical ability to lift heavy items (50 lbs).
• Financial acumen is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of parking attendants and valets to ensure service quality and adherence to standards.
• Plan personnel utilization, interview and selection, policy compliance, training oversight, supervision, and performance reviews.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize efficiency and customer service.
• Oversee daily cash handling procedures and submit accurate reports of collections.
• Manage and maintain parking lot equipment and facilities, including maintenance and damage control.
• Recruit, hire, train, and schedule staff; hold team members accountable with regular feedback.
• Promote a culture of professionalism, accountability, and exceptional customer service.
• Oversee safety, traffic control, and the upkeep of facilities, gates, and signage.
• Coordinate with property management to ensure a seamless guest experience.
