Job summary

Ace Parking Inc. is seeking an Area Manager to lead a team of parking attendants, ensuring high standards of service and operations across locations. You will drive accountability, profitability, and exceptional guest experiences through effective leadership and strategic staffing.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years in parking/transportation management, and the ability to manage cash handling and equipment. Competitive hourly pay with bonus, plus full benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of parking or transportation management experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Physical ability to lift heavy items (50 lbs).
• Financial acumen is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure adherence to established procedures and standards.
• Plan personnel utilization, interview, and selection, policy compliance, training oversight, supervision, performance review, and adherence to all laws and regulations.
• Oversee daily cash handling procedures and submit accurate reports of collections.
• Maintain parking lot equipment and facilities, including maintenance and damage control.
• Recruit, hire, train, and schedule staff.
• Promote a culture of professionalism, accountability, and exceptional customer service.
• Oversee maintenance and upkeep of the facility and signage.
• Coordinate with property management to ensure a seamless guest experience.
