Responsibilities

• Maintains an accurate physical inventory of all bicycle facilities; prepares reports on pedestrian and bicycle access programs that are routine in nature and generated on a daily, weekly, monthly, annually, or other schedule basis.
• Answers customer calls to the parking operations control center from the Authority’s bicycle facilities and parking facilities, provides quality customer service and support and maintains an accurate record of calls, transactions and information.
• Identifies, analyzes, and resolves complex technical issues.
• Takes initiative and shows a strong work ethic.

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

Work Experience

• Entry Level, One (1) year of experience in bicycle and parking operations

About this position – Standard hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a one (1) hour unpaid lunch break. However, the COTR may request temporary services for periods in excess of a seven and one half (7.5) hour day or a thirty-seven and one-half hour (37.5) hour week. Temporary personnel working six (6) hours or more are required to take a one-half hour unpaid lunch break. Overtime: Hours worked in excess of forty (40) hours in one week is considered as overtime work, all overtime must be approved by the COTR in advance.
