Daily tasks include:

• Gathers broad range of quantitative and qualitative data using suitable collection methods. Analyzes data and converts findings to actionable recommendations for solutions. Produces high volume of high-quality documents.
• Optimizes workflows, manages resources, and reduces costs.
• Ensures products/services meet standards and satisfy customers.
• Coordinates teams, delegates tasks, and provides direction.
• Develops long-term plans, analyzes data, and mitigates risks.
• Conducts data analysis and reporting, participates in process improvement and performance monitoring to support budget and cost control activities within assigned business unit.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business, Public Administration or related field.

Work Experience:

• Applicant must have prior experience, or (1) year in similar capacity.
• Experience with: Microsoft Office 365 – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word
• Data Analysis Tools: Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and Python Preferred.
• Project Workflow Management: Jira, Asana, Monday.com
• Process Mapping Tools: ERP/CRM Odoo Preferred.
• Communication Tool: Slack or Teams

About this position – Standard hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a one (1) hour unpaid lunch break. However, the COTR may request temporary services for periods in excess of a seven and one half (7.5) hour day or a thirty-seven and one-half hour (37.5) hour week. Temporary personnel working six (6) hours or more are required to take a one-half hour unpaid lunch break. Overtime: Hours worked in excess of forty (40) hours in one week is considered as overtime work, all overtime must be approved by the COTR in advance.
