The Car Park is seeking a full-time Parking Ambassador in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of the parking facility.

You will be responsible for directing traffic, performing vehicle counts, and charging customers, all while ensuring excellent service delivery. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilités

• Direct traffic to appropriate parking areas.
• Perform vehicle counts on location throughout shift.
• Charge customers for parking as directed by the supervisor.
• Supply exceptional customer service to all customers.
• Immediately report accidents or safety concerns to the Supervisor.

Connaissances

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to work in various weather conditions

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Ability to follow verbal/written directions

Ability to show up to work on time and on the required days

Formation

GED or High School Diploma
