SP Plus Corporation is seeking an on-site team member to support daily parking operations and client relations. You will assist with location activities, help customers, and ensure procedures are followed to maintain a professional image.

Candidates should hold a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrate excellent communication, adaptability, and good judgment. A valid driver's license is required for this role, and compensation includes hourly pay with tips plus a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day parking operations at the location within contractual guidelines.
• Provide courteous customer service and resolve inquiries or issues.
• Support maintenance of parking equipment and general site tasks.
• Keep accurate records and report incidents to the Facility Manager.
• Assist with safety and cleanliness of the area and throughput of customers.
