You will deliver Colonial Parking’s customer service standards during every transaction, help manage vehicle flow, and report to the Shift Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to read and understand verbal instructions and written correspondence.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide established customer service standards during each transaction and assist in maintaining smooth facility flow.
• Assist Shift Manager with daily operations and gate traffic.
• Process parking transactions and payments as assigned.
• Maintain professional, friendly interaction with customers and staff.
• Report to work on time and perform assigned duties.
