Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Provide service standards with each customer and ensure the required greeting and friendly exit etiquette.
• Process parking payments and help maintain the facility supplies.
• Report to work on time and follow Shift Manager instructions.
• Complete Customer Damage Reports and relay information to Claims Department with assistance from Shift Manager.
• Assist with incoming customer calls and other duties as assigned. Include additional duties as needed.
• Review and acknowledge company policies and procedures relevant to duties.
