Job summary

Colonial Parking Inc. is seeking a part-time Shift Manager in Arlington, VA to support operations at a busy parking facility. You will assist the Operations Manager, supervise frontline staff, and ensure smooth customer transactions and vehicle flow.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 1 year of related experience, and strong cash handling with excellent customer service skills. A valid driver’s license is also needed and occasional on-site tasks may be assigned.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle cashier/attendant duties as directed by Operations Manager.
• Process transactions and manage cash securely.
• Issue tickets and record required information accurately.
• Provide courteous customer service and resolve issues.
• Maintain shift paperwork and daily logs.
• Monitor and report maintenance needs to Operations Manager.
• Uphold company standards of safety and service.
