Job summary

Platinum Parking seeks an Assistant Parking Operations Manager for Children's Hospital Dallas and Plano campuses. Starting at $55K per year, you will oversee parking and valet operations, staff, customer relations, and revenue controls.

You will manage daily operations, reporting, and process improvements while ensuring compliance with policies and delivering reliable service to hospital visitors and staff.

Qualifications

• Parking Facility/Garage experience required; Valet experience preferred.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs to produce reports and spreadsheets.
• Ability to calculate basic figures in Excel (discounts, percentages, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret business documents and procedures.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Excellent communication skills at expert level, verbal and written.
• Drug test, flu shot, TB testing and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cultivating a professional, diverse, and customer-focused team
• Ensure facilities operate per policy including revenue control and proper signage
• Staffing and opening/closing procedures for all locations
• Manage business to limit revenue loss and shrinkage
• Assist in collecting and depositing revenues
• Oversee contract parker program and daily A/R billing
• Prepare daily and monthly reports accurately
• Promote integrity, collaboration and transparency
• Provide prompt, customer-oriented service and resolve issues when possible
