Qualifications

• Parking Facility/Garage experience required; Valet experience preferred.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) to produce reports and spreadsheets.
• Ability to calculate basic mathematical figures in Excel (discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages).
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents and procedures.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Drug test, flu shot, TB testing and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cultivating a professional, diverse, and customer-focused team.
• Ensure facilities operate per policy: revenue control, equipment maintenance, signage, and flow of operations.
• Ensure proper staffing, supplies, and opening/closing procedures at each location.
• Manage the business to limit revenue loss, theft, or shrinkage of monies or equipment.
• Assist in collecting, recording and depositing revenues.
• Oversee contract parker program with daily registration, A/R billing, and completeness.
• Review and verify timely daily and monthly reports.
• Promote integrity, collaboration, and transparency in the work environment.
• Respond to emails, mail, and calls promptly; resolve issues with minimal escalations.
