Job summary

Jamestown is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee operations at our primary commercial garage in Miami. You will supervise onsite staff, coordinate with the Property Manager and tenants, manage revenue controls, and ensure secure cash handling and deposits.

Daily, monthly, and yearly reports will be prepared, and you will implement procedures to improve service and safety. Candidate must work nights/weekends when necessary, have 3–5 years parking experience, pass background/drug tests, and be

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of parking experience required.
• Self-starter eager to chase new business.
• Ability to work nights and weekends when necessary.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Able to pass drug and background test.
• Must be able to work outdoors for long periods of time.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills are a must.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and must be detail-oriented and extremely well organized.
• Work five days per week, ten hours a day.
• Understand and able to use the current and proposed equipment used in the parking operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations at our primary commercial garage.
• Act as a 2nd point of contact to Property Manager and Tenants.
• Attend location meetings and respond to requests to maintain relationships.
• Repair parking equipment as needed.
• Prepare revenue reporting daily, monthly and yearly.
