Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Parking Supervisor for the Greater Columbus Convention Center in Columbus, OH. You will oversee parking staff and operations during shifts, coordinate with partners, and ensure safety and efficiency in daily parking activities.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and excellent customer service to maintain a high standard of parking operations across events and busy periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of parking management/supervisory experience.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Parking department and User group contacts, hotel partners, Public Safety Department/CPD.
• Inspect facility and equipment each shift; report variances or concerns.
• Provide shift log on parking access and revenue control equipment status.
• Supervise Lane Ambassadors and Maintenance staff to ensure policy compliance.
• Lead, develop, and maintain a cooperative team-building environment.
• Perform cashiers' spot checks and monitor revenue reconciliation.
• Handle customer issues and inquiries; promote positive customer relations.
• Assist in reviewing shift paperwork, reports, and interviews; support disciplinary actions.
