Job summary

Legends Global, the premier partner for live events and venues, has an immediate opening for an Assistant Facility Manager at the Greater Columbus Convention Center (GCCC) in Columbus, OH. The role supports the Facility Manager and supervises facility engineers while actively managing facility resources across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, lighting, and building management systems.

• Experience supervising facility staff and coordinating engineers.
• Ability to manage maintenance budgets and vendor relations.
• Strong safety knowledge per NFPA/OSHA standards.
• Excellent communication with departments and clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Facility Manager with hiring, supervising, training, and disciplining staff.
• Coordinate with Engineering and other departments to meet client needs.
• Supervise full-time facility engineering staff and track progress.
• Develop and implement facility maintenance procedures and PM schedules.
• Respond to emergencies and manage costs and repairs.
