Job summary

SP+ in Cleveland is seeking a location operations assistant to support daily parking operations at a busy site. You will help ensure operations stay within contractual guidelines, promote a professional image, and foster strong client relations.

This role emphasizes customer service, safety, and reliable maintenance support. The position requires a minimal high school diploma or equivalent and basic related experience.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent and minimal related experience or training.
• Clear spoken communication; ability to read and interpret information.
• Customer service mindset and positive attitude.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work environment.
• Sound and accurate judgment in daily tasks.
• Must hold and maintain a valid state-issued driver’s license with current address.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of a location within contractual guidelines and company policies.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with management of daily activities at assigned locations.
• Courteously assist customers and maintain professional image.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
• Report accidents, safety hazards or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
• Support cleanup of debris, spills and other issues; substitute for other positions as needed.
• Develop strong knowledge of garage layout, major streets and landmarks in the area.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
