Qualifications

• Experience in general facility maintenance or similar environment.
• Experience in customer relations.
• Valid CA driver's license and driving record requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure garages and surface lots are maintained and cleaned daily.
• Perform general maintenance tasks (sweeping, cleaning, light plumbing, electrical, painting, etc.).
• Monitor multiple locations via camera systems and address issues.
• Interact with customers to resolve disputes and provide information.
• Operate parking equipment and process payments.
• Maintain reports and checklists using Microsoft Office.
• Assist customers at intercoms, lobby, and parking office.
• Support training and schedule creation as needed.
