Job summary

LAZ Parking in San Francisco is seeking a proactive Supervisor to ensure garages and surface lots are kept clean, safe and fully functional on a daily basis. The role requires clear communication with customers, resolving disputes, and coordinating with other departments to deliver premier service.

You will supervise maintenance activities, monitor multiple locations via cameras, handle payments and reports, train staff, and assist with scheduling.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
• Ability to work at multiple facility locations where needed.
• Ability to problem solve and handle customer complaints and concerns professionally.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend the English language.
• Proficient computer skills – Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
• Must be able to make decisions independently and handle situations professionally
• Requires good time management skills - ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
• Excellent team building and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure garages and surface lots are maintained and cleaned daily.
• Monitor multiple parking garages via camera.
• Greet customers and resolve issues with a courteous attitude.
• Process payments and manage revenue reports.
• Perform valet parking when needed.
• Assist in training staff and creating weekly schedules.
• Assist with establishing performance standards and procedures when necessary.
• Collect revenue and prepare cash/check deposits.
