Job summary

SP+ in Newark is seeking a results-driven facilities operations leader to ensure high-quality service at multiple locations. You will manage staff, develop budgets, and oversee daily operations to maximize profitability while delivering excellent customer experiences.

As a senior role, you’ll implement safety programs, monitor cash controls, and ensure compliance with OSHA and corporate policies. A valid driver’s license and strong leadership are required.

• Experience creating budgets and reviewing P&L performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our Promise by resolving client requests efficiently and communicating proactively.
• Hire, train, and supervise a diverse team; ensure staffing levels meet needs.
• Ensure proper parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development and budget management.
• Identify procurement and vendor service needs for the location.
• Perform accounting tasks such as accounts payable and payroll.
• Monitor facility maintenance and safety programs; enforce OSHA compliance.
